| Post subject: | Winthorpe Lounge is open! |
On the site of the former historical Winthorp Opera House, the Winthorp lounge has opened. This bar has kept most of the old architecture, leaving the stage in tact, and only removing the seats to place tables there for people to sit and watch whatever live acts play the venue. A bar is off to the side of the auditorium and seems to be more plentiful with cheap beer and booze than one would expect in what is a club. The former lobby has been turned into an antique store/book store and gift shop. To anyone who is magically sensitive, they could detect that the lounge is a minor node, and people in on mage society would relize that it's one that has been in the possesion of the Order of Hermes for the last hundred and sixty years. ((Anyone is welcomed to come to the lounge, Mages especially. The upstairs apartments in the building, where the actors and performers used to live, are reserved for Oswald and whoever else is staying there, plus that's where the real library is.)) |
