A few changes that I'm investigating right now:

1. Moving from phpBB to SMF. It's a different forum software, not really a lot different from the user's end, except it supports reCATPCHA so there would be no forum spam.

2. Upgrading chat software. I found what I think will be really good software that's better looking and has fewer bugs than the current Flash chat. This part will cost me $300, and has some server requirements that I'll have to monkey with, but I believe it will be worth it. It also is much easier to add icons!

#1 I'll probably do within the next month. #2 will depend on how much time I've got, but hopefully sometime in October, assuming the software will work with my server setup. Stay tuned for more updates.
