For me to fix an error, it has to be reproducible. So when posting about a bug or an error, tell me exactly what you do to reproduce it, step by step. If it's something that only happens randomly, then odds are, I won't be able to track it down and fix it. Also, please realize that the chat software itself is not something that I created. So there are a lot of bugs that are beyond me to fix. Check the Known Bugs thread to see some of these sorts of things. |
