Julia has no purebreed, and might be considered something of a mutt by the most discerning Fenrir. Her wayward upbringing has done nothing to ease that either, the young woman marked on the shoulder with the garou brand of disobedience. she spends most of her time cooking and cleaning at a Fenrir safehouse on the edge of town, and isnt considered suitable for anything more important.
