Growing up Nalani split her time between the beaches of Hawaii and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Early in her life she developed a love for nature. She also developed an obsession for star gazing and meteor showers and all things celestial. This led her to explore a career in Astronomy and Astrophysics. She is currently getting a masters degree in (Observational) Astrophysics. She is now married with children.
